We transport your vehicle to your scheduled maintenance or repair appointment and handle the essential advisor interaction — key exchange, confirming drop-off, verifying payment before pickup, and relaying updates based on your concierge tier.
You schedule the appointment directly with your dealership or repair shop. We handle the pickup, drop-off, and return delivery once the visit is complete. Notification depends on your concierge tier:
Standard: You receive all updates directly from the shop and notify us when your vehicle is ready for pickup.
Full: You receive updates and forward advisor messages or videos to us. We interpret what’s important and notify you of anything requiring a decision. You or the shop may notify us when the vehicle is ready.
Premium: You set pre-authorized approval rules, and we absorb advisor communication within those boundaries. The shop or you will notify us when the vehicle is ready, and we handle the rest.
If your visit involves a loaner, you will manage the loaner exchange directly with the dealership. Zrebo does not deliver loaners or perform loaner swaps. We offer a return-only option for customers who have already dropped off their vehicle and simply need it brought home or back to work once the service is complete.

Dealership & Repair Shop Visit Transport for oil changes, inspections, diagnostics, warranty work, and general maintenance or repairs at your preferred shop.
State Inspection Visit Transport for NC state inspections at your chosen inspection station.
Tire Service Visit Transport for tire rotations, balancing, replacements, and leak repairs. Vehicle must be safe to drive.
Mechanic & Independent Shop Visit Transport for diagnostics, repairs, and general maintenance at local mechanics and independent shops.

Pickup and return to the same location are included with every tier. If you need the vehicle returned to a different location, an Extra Stop add‑on ($15) applies.
