  • Zrebo picks up your vehicle, transports it to your scheduled dealership or repair shop appointment, and returns it when the visit is complete.

    You schedule the appointment directly with your dealership or repair shop. Zrebo handles the vehicle pickup, drop-off, and return delivery, along with concierge communication based on your selected tier.

    Standard: You receive service updates directly from the shop and notify Zrebo when your vehicle is ready for pickup.

    Full: You receive updates from the shop and may forward advisor messages or videos to Zrebo. We help identify information that may require your attention or a decision. You or the shop may notify Zrebo when the vehicle is ready.

    Premium: You establish pre-authorized approval rules for eligible service decisions. Zrebo can manage advisor communication within those boundaries. You or the shop will notify Zrebo when the vehicle is ready for pickup.

    If your visit involves a loaner vehicle, you manage the loaner exchange directly with the dealership. Zrebo does not deliver loaners or perform loaner swaps.

    Return-only service is also available if you have already dropped off your vehicle and only need transportation back to your home, work, or another approved location.

  • Dealership & Repair Shop Visits
    Transportation for oil changes, inspections, diagnostics, warranty work, maintenance, and repairs at your preferred dealership or repair shop.

    NC State Inspection Visits
    Transportation for North Carolina state inspections at your chosen inspection station.

    Tire Service Visits
    Transportation for tire rotations, balancing, replacements, and leak repairs. The vehicle must be safe and legal to drive.

    Mechanic & Independent Shop Visits
    Transportation for diagnostics, repairs, and general maintenance at local mechanics and independent repair shops.

    Pickup and return to the same location are included with every tier.

    Need your vehicle returned somewhere different? Add an Alternate Return Location for $15.

  • Customize your Zrebo service with optional transportation and convenience add-ons. Third-party service costs are passed through at cost, with the applicable Zrebo service fee shown below.

    Fuel Top-Off — Fuel Cost + $10
    We'll stop for fuel and return your vehicle with the requested fuel level. Fuel is charged at the amount shown on the receipt, plus a $10 Zrebo service fee.

    Wash Add-On — Wash Cost + $25
    A basic exterior wash completed during your vehicle's service visit. The wash cost is charged at the amount shown on the receipt, plus a $25 Zrebo service fee. Exterior wash only; no detailing.

    Interior Vacuum — $20
    Light interior vacuum service, including a basic wipe-down and trash removal. This is not a detailing service.

    Priority Return — $20
    Request an earlier return than the standard return window or a specific return time during normal operating hours. Subject to availability.

    After-Hours Pickup or Return — $25
    Pickup or return scheduled outside Zrebo's standard operating hours of 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. Subject to availability.

    Alternate Return Location — $15
    Use this add-on when your vehicle is picked up from one location and returned to a different location. This covers the alternate return location only and does not include additional errands or services.

    Important: Add-on availability is subject to routing, timing, and service-provider availability. Zrebo coordinates the requested transportation and add-on logistics. Any third-party service is performed by the applicable service provider.
