A streamlined, privacy‑first vehicle concierge service built for Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, and surrounding areas. Every service follows the same core flow: pickup → transport → return, with tier‑based communication and approval handling designed around how hands‑on (or hands‑off) you want to be.
Standard Concierge — $99
Perfect for quick visits and simple maintenance.
Update Handling:
You receive all updates directly from the dealership or repair shop and notify us when your vehicle is ready for pickup. We may be added as a secondary contact to stay aligned on timing, but all approvals and decisions remain between you and your shop.
Best for:
• Oil Changes
• State inspections / emissions
• Tire rotations
• Battery replacements
• Wipers or bulb replacements
Full Visit Concierge — $149
Ideal for longer appointments or when you don’t want to interpret dealership or shop communication.
Update Handling:
You receive advisor messages, videos, or walk‑arounds and forward them to us. We interpret what’s important, summarize key points, and notify you of anything requiring a decision. You or the shop may notify us when your vehicle is ready.

Premium Concierge — $249
Designed for busy professionals who want a hands‑off experience.
Update Handling:
You set pre‑authorized approval rules, and we absorb advisor communication after the first forwarded message. We relay decisions to the shop within your instructions, and anything outside those boundaries is sent to you immediately. The shop or you will notify us when your vehicle is ready.

• “We found something else” visits
• Unpredictable timing or delays
• Long warranty or recall work
• Frequent advisor updates
Return‑Only Concierge — $59
For customers who have already dropped off their vehicle and only need it brought home or back to work once service is complete.
You notify us when the dealership or repair shop confirms your vehicle is ready, and we handle the pickup and return delivery.
Note:
Pickup‑only is not offered.
Return‑only does not include loaner delivery or loaner return.
Most customers choose a full concierge visit when they need both pickup and return.
Multi‑Vehicle Concierge
Designed for families, couples, and multi‑car households who want a one‑time discount without an annual plan. Each vehicle follows the same concierge process — pickup, transport, and return — and each must have its own scheduled appointment.
• 2 vehicles → 10% off total
• 3 vehicles → 15% off total
• 4 vehicles → 20% off total
Return‑only services can be included for any vehicle already dropped off. Loaner delivery or loaner return is not offered.
Annual Memberships
Designed for households who want year‑round convenience, predictable savings, and unlimited return‑only support. Memberships apply to all concierge tiers and include exclusive benefits.
2‑Vehicle Annual Plan — $199/yr
• $20 off every concierge visit
• Unlimited free Return‑Only Concierge
• Applies to any vehicle in your household
• One annual fee; pay per visit at your discounted rate
How Memberships Work
You pay the annual fee once per year. Each concierge visit is billed at your discounted rate based on the tier you choose.
Return‑Only Concierge is free for members every time they need it.
Memberships do not include repair coordination, loaner delivery, or loaner return.
4‑Vehicle Annual Plan — $349/yr
• $30 off every concierge visit
• Unlimited free Return‑Only Concierge
• One complimentary Premium Concierge per year
• Applies to any vehicle in your household
• One annual fee; pay per visit at your discounted rate
Additional Services
Add optional services to your Zrebo vehicle transport. Any third-party service costs are passed through at cost, with the applicable Zrebo service fee shown below.
Fuel Top-Off — Fuel cost + $10
We’ll stop for fuel and return your vehicle with the requested fuel level. Fuel is charged at the amount shown on the receipt, plus a $10 Zrebo service fee.
Wash Add-On — Wash cost + $25
A basic exterior wash completed during your vehicle’s service visit. Wash cost is charged at the amount shown on the receipt, plus a $25 Zrebo service fee. Exterior wash only; no detailing.
Interior Vacuum — $20
Light interior vacuum service, including basic wipe-down and trash removal. This is not a detailing service.
Priority Return — $20
Request an earlier return than the standard return window or a specific return time during normal operating hours. Subject to availability.
After-Hours Pickup/Return — $25
Pickup or return scheduled outside Zrebo’s standard operating hours of 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. Subject to availability.
Alternate Return Location — $15
Required when your vehicle is picked up from one location and returned to a different location. This fee applies to the vehicle’s return location, not to additional errands or services requested during transport.
Important: Add-on availability is subject to routing, timing, and service-provider availability. Zrebo coordinates the requested transportation and add-on logistics; any third-party service is performed by the applicable service provider.
Payment Requirements
Your Zrebo service fee and any selected add-ons are collected before your vehicle is picked up. This allows us to confirm your booking and provide your pickup window.
Any additional costs that cannot be determined in advance, such as approved fuel or third-party service charges, will be added to your final invoice with receipt documentation.
You pay your dealership or repair shop directly for all service work. Zrebo does not handle repair payments, advisor billing, or shop invoices.
Your vehicle must be fully paid for before we return to collect it. We may request confirmation of payment from you before pickup.
Membership discounts apply automatically at checkout. Annual members receive their per-visit discount and free Return-Only service.
Zrebo provides vehicle transportation only. Customers are responsible for scheduling and communicating with their dealership or repair shop. Zrebo does not coordinate repairs, authorize service, manage advisor communications, or provide loaner delivery or return.
Credit Card Processing Fee
A 3% processing fee is added to credit card payments to offset credit card processing costs. This fee does not exceed our actual processing costs.
