Step 1 — Book your appointment
Schedule directly with your shop or dealership. We handle the driving, not the booking.

Step 2 — Request Zrebo
Submit your booking form and complete the Client Service Agreement (CSA). and forward your dealership or repair shop’s appointment confirmation to tyler@zrebo.com and you’ll receive further instructions.

Step 3 — We Confirm Your Pickup
Once your booking is complete, we'll confirm your pickup window and reach out via your preferred contact method.

Step 4 — Pickup & Drop-Off
A Zrebo concierge retrieves your vehicle using your key instructions, documents it, and delivers it safely to your appointment.

Step 5 — We Handle the Visit
Your involvement depends on your tier — from basic drop-off coordination to full advisor communication and approvals.

Step 6 — Your Vehicle Comes Back to You We return your vehicle to your home or workplace with a closing update and final documentation

What You Handle

• Submit your service request

• Approve recommended work (all tiers)
• You pay your shop directly for all service and repair costs.
• Provide access instructions for pickup and return
• You do not need to be present for pickup and drop-off

What We Handle

• Secure vehicle pickup using your provided access instructions
• Safe transportation to and from your chosen shop
• Status updates throughout your visit (tier based)
• Advisor communication & approval handling (Full + Premium)
• Multi‑stop concierge + extended wait coverage (Premium tier)
• Final documentation and closing summary
• Your Zrebo fee covers the concierge service only — nothing more.
