Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: September 8, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zrebo website and your purchase or use of Zrebo vehicle pickup, transportation, and return services.
Zrebo is a DBA of VeTRan LLC (“Zrebo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By submitting a service request, booking a service, purchasing a Zrebo service, or otherwise using Zrebo services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Zrebo services.
1. About Zrebo
Zrebo provides vehicle pickup, transportation, and return services associated with scheduled dealership, mechanic, repair, maintenance, inspection, or other automotive service appointments.
Zrebo is a vehicle transportation and concierge service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Zrebo does not perform mechanical repairs, provide automotive advice, diagnose vehicle conditions, authorize repairs, negotiate repair work or pricing, or control the work performed by a dealership, mechanic, repair facility, or other third party.
Zrebo's responsibility is generally limited to the transportation services specifically requested and accepted by Zrebo.
2. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
Scheduling the vehicle's dealership, mechanic, repair, maintenance, or other automotive service appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing
Providing accurate contact, vehicle, appointment, and location information
Ensuring the vehicle is available and accessible at the agreed pickup location
Providing any required keys, access instructions, security information, or other information reasonably necessary to complete the requested service
Removing valuable, fragile, hazardous, prohibited, or unnecessary personal items from the vehicle before pickup
Informing Zrebo of any known condition of the vehicle that may affect its transportation or operation
Providing accurate information regarding the vehicle's condition, operability, and ability to be safely driven
Ensuring the vehicle is legally permitted to be operated on public roads, unless the requested service specifically involves a different transportation method agreed to by Zrebo
Zrebo may decline, suspend, or postpone a service if the vehicle, location, circumstances, or requested service presents an unreasonable safety, legal, operational, or other risk.
3. Service Appointments
The customer is responsible for scheduling and confirming the dealership, mechanic, repair facility, or other service provider is expecting the vehicle.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Zrebo does not schedule, authorize, approve, modify, or manage the customer's automotive service appointment.
Zrebo does not control the availability, operating hours, appointment schedules, repair timelines, pricing, diagnostic decisions, warranty determinations, or quality of work of third-party service providers.
A delay, cancellation, change, or issue caused by a dealership, mechanic, repair facility, traffic, weather, road conditions, or another circumstance outside Zrebo's reasonable control may affect the timing of a Zrebo service.
4. Pickup and Return
Zrebo will make reasonable efforts to complete pickup and return services within the agreed or estimated service window.
Pickup and return times may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle availability, third-party service providers, prior assignments, unexpected delays, or other circumstances outside Zrebo's reasonable control.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a stated pickup or return time is an estimated service window and not a guarantee of an exact arrival time.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate pickup and return information and ensuring that the vehicle can be accessed at the agreed location.
If the vehicle is unavailable, inaccessible, unsafe, or otherwise unable to be transported at the agreed time, Zrebo may be required to reschedule or cancel the service.
5. Vehicle Condition and Personal Property
The customer is responsible for removing valuable, fragile, hazardous, prohibited, or unnecessary personal property from the vehicle before pickup.
Customers should not leave cash, electronics, important documents, weapons, illegal substances, or other valuables in a vehicle being transported by Zrebo.
The customer is responsible for informing Zrebo of known pre-existing damage, mechanical conditions, warning lights, modifications, or other conditions that may be relevant to the safe operation or transportation of the vehicle.
Zrebo may document the vehicle's apparent condition before, during, or after pickup and return, including through photographs or other records.
Documentation of vehicle condition is intended to assist with service records and does not constitute a mechanical inspection or guarantee regarding the vehicle's condition.
6. Vehicle Insurance and Damage
The customer is responsible for maintaining any insurance coverage required by law or applicable to the vehicle.
The customer's automobile insurance policy may provide coverage for certain loss or damage involving the vehicle, depending on the circumstances and the terms of that policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to determine insurance priority, modify an insurance policy, or require an insurer to provide coverage that is not otherwise available under the applicable policy.
Zrebo is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage or conditions
Normal wear and tear
Mechanical failures or defects that were not caused by Zrebo
Warning lights or performance issues that arise independently of Zrebo's conduct
Damage caused by a third party
Damage or loss resulting from road hazards, weather, environmental conditions, or other circumstances outside Zrebo's reasonable control, except to the extent caused by Zrebo's negligence or other conduct for which Zrebo is legally responsible
Loss, theft, or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle, except to the extent caused by Zrebo's negligence or other conduct for which Zrebo is legally responsible
Zrebo does not inspect, diagnose, or evaluate the mechanical condition of a vehicle and is not responsible for mechanical conditions that arise or become apparent during transportation unless caused by Zrebo's negligence or other conduct for which Zrebo is legally responsible.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.
7. Vehicle Operation
The customer authorizes Zrebo and an authorized Zrebo driver or service provider to operate the vehicle solely as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.
Vehicle operation may include travel between the customer's pickup location, the designated dealership or repair facility, and the agreed return location, together with reasonable travel necessary to perform the service.
Zrebo will not authorize unnecessary personal use of a customer's vehicle.
Zrebo may refuse to operate a vehicle if, in its reasonable judgment, the vehicle is unsafe, legally prohibited from being operated, inoperable, or otherwise unsuitable for the requested service.
8. Payment
Payment for Zrebo services is due according to the pricing and payment terms presented to the customer at the time of booking.
Payments may be processed through Square or another payment provider identified by Zrebo.
By submitting payment, you authorize Zrebo or its applicable payment processor to process the payment for the service purchased and any additional charges that you have expressly agreed to.
Prices may vary based on the service requested, distance, timing, location, service tier, or other factors disclosed before purchase.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or request to reschedule a service according to the cancellation terms presented at the time of booking.
Refund eligibility may depend on when the cancellation is made, whether Zrebo has already dispatched or committed resources to the service, and the specific service purchased.
If a cancellation or rescheduling policy applies to a particular service, that policy will be disclosed to the customer before or at the time of booking.
10. Third-Party Services
Zrebo may transport vehicles to or from dealerships, mechanics, repair facilities, inspection locations, or other third parties.
Zrebo is not responsible for:
The quality of repairs, maintenance, inspections, or other services performed by a third party
The price charged by a third party
Diagnostic or repair decisions made by a third party
Delays caused by a third party
Damage caused by a third party
Lost, misplaced, or damaged property while a vehicle is in the possession or control of a third party
Any concerns regarding repairs, maintenance, parts, warranties, pricing, diagnostics, or other work performed by a third party should be addressed directly with that third party.
11. Delays and Circumstances Outside Zrebo's Control
Zrebo is not responsible for delays or inability to perform a service caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, facility closures, unexpected mechanical conditions, governmental restrictions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
When reasonably possible, Zrebo will communicate material delays or changes affecting a scheduled service.
12. Service Availability
Zrebo does not guarantee that a particular service, date, time, location, or driver will always be available.
A service request is not considered accepted until Zrebo confirms the booking.
Zrebo may decline, modify, reschedule, or cancel a service request when it is unable to safely or reasonably provide the requested service.
13. Customer Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you authorize Zrebo to contact you regarding your inquiry, booking, service, payment, scheduling, or other matters related to your use of Zrebo.
Operational communications may include email, phone calls, text messages, or other communication methods reasonably necessary to provide the service.
Zrebo may also contact prospective customers regarding an inquiry they submitted to Zrebo.
Message and data rates may apply to communications sent by text message depending on your mobile service provider.
14. Drivers and Service Providers
Zrebo may use employees, independent contractors, or other authorized service providers to perform services, depending on Zrebo's operating structure and applicable law.
The customer's agreement is with Zrebo for the requested service. Drivers and service providers may perform transportation or related services in connection with the customer's booking.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to establish or characterize the employment or contractor status of any individual. Such status is determined separately in accordance with applicable law and any applicable agreement between Zrebo and the individual.
15. Prohibited Uses
Customers may not use Zrebo services for unlawful purposes or request that Zrebo, its drivers, or service providers engage in unlawful activity.
Customers may not knowingly provide false, misleading, or materially incomplete information that could affect the safety or performance of a requested service.
Zrebo may refuse, suspend, or terminate a service when reasonably necessary to address safety, legal, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper conduct.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zrebo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to a customer's use of Zrebo services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zrebo's aggregate liability arising from a particular service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to Zrebo for that particular service.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability to the extent resulting from conduct for which such limitation is prohibited.
17. Customer Responsibility and Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your:
Intentional misconduct
Fraudulent conduct
Violation of these Terms
Unlawful use of Zrebo services
Failure to provide accurate information
Failure to disclose a known condition that materially affects the safe operation or transportation of the vehicle
You agree to indemnify and hold Zrebo harmless from third-party claims arising directly from the matters described above, except to the extent caused by Zrebo's own negligence, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which Zrebo is legally responsible.
18. No Guarantee Regarding Third-Party Work
Zrebo does not guarantee the outcome, quality, timing, price, availability, warranty coverage, or other terms of any repair, maintenance, inspection, diagnostic service, warranty service, or other work performed by a dealership, mechanic, repair facility, or other third party.
Zrebo's responsibility is limited to the vehicle pickup, transportation, and return services that Zrebo has agreed to provide.
19. Privacy
Zrebo's collection and use of personal information is described in the Zrebo Privacy Policy.
By using Zrebo services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.
20. Intellectual Property
The Zrebo name, branding, logos, website content, graphics, text, and other materials provided by Zrebo are owned by or licensed to Zrebo and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without permission, except as permitted by law.
21. Changes to These Terms
Zrebo may update these Terms from time to time as our business, services, technology, or legal obligations change.
When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on the Zrebo website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
The Terms in effect at the time of a customer's booking will generally apply to that booking, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by Zrebo.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
Any dispute arising from or relating to Zrebo services will be handled in accordance with applicable North Carolina law and any applicable court or dispute-resolution requirements.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any service-specific terms presented to the customer at the time of booking, the Zrebo Privacy Policy, and any applicable Customer Service Agreement or other written agreement accepted by the customer, constitute the agreement governing the customer's use of Zrebo services, unless a separate written agreement expressly applies.
