  • Zrebo is a veteran‑owned vehicle concierge service. We pick up your car, manage your visit at your chosen shop, and return it when the work is complete. You stay focused on your day while we handle the driving, waiting, and coordination.

  • We support most maintenance and repair visits, including:

    If your visit involves driving your vehicle to a shop, we can manage it.

  • Booking is available via our booking form. You’ll be able to enter your details, and we will confirm your pickup window once we receive your appointment confirmation.

  • We offer three core service tiers, a return only concierge, multi vehicle bundles, and annual family memberships.

    Standard ($99) — Pickup, drop‑off, basic updates, and return delivery

    Full Visit Management ($149) Includes advisor communication and approval handling

    Premium Concierge ($249) — Priority pickup, multi‑stop concierge, extended wait coverage, and a fully hands‑off experience

  • You pay your shop or dealership directly for all service and repair costs. Your Zrebo fee covers the concierge service only.

  • We currently serve Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville, and surrounding communities.

  • No. We work with any shop you choose — dealerships, local mechanics, tire shops, inspection stations, and specialty shops.

  • No. As long as we have access to the keys (lockbox, concierge desk, leasing office, garage code, etc.), you do not need to present.

  • Your vehicle is handled by a vetted, insured driver. We use secure pickup protocols, real‑time updates, and documented handoff procedures to ensure safety at every step.

  • If you’re on Full or Premium, we handle advisor communication and approvals based on your instructions. If you’re on Standard, you approve work directly.

  • Same‑day availability depends on scheduling and your service appointment time.

  • Yes. Multi‑stop concierge is included in the Premium tier.

  • We keep you updated. Extended wait‑time coverage is included in the Premium tier.

  • Yes. If your appointment becomes more complex, you can upgrade to Full or Premium at any time.

  • Yes. Zrebo carries full liability coverage for vehicle transport during your service appointment. Your vehicle remains covered under your own policy as well.

  • Yes. We handle EVs, including Tesla. Charging is not included.

  • No. For privacy and security, we do not request Tesla app access. We use physical keys or key cards only.

  • Heavily modified cars, vehicles needing major repairs - engine work, transmission issues, and non-drivable cars that won’t start, require towing, or are unsafe to operate.

  • If you’ve already dropped your vehicle off, we’ll pick it up once service is complete and return it to your home or workplace.

    Pickup‑only is not offered.

  • Bundles are one‑time discounts applied when you book multiple vehicles at the same time. Memberships are annual plans that give you ongoing discounts and perks all year.

  • Each vehicle is billed at the standard rate, and the discount is applied to the total invoice:

    • 2 vehicles → 10% off total
