We pick up your vehicle, transport it to your scheduled appointment, and return it when the shop is finished. Transport only; no repair coordination, loaner delivery, or loaner return.

Only as needed for timing and logistics. All repair decisions, approvals, and payments stay between you and your shop. We do not negotiate repairs or authorize work.

No. We drop off your vehicle and return when the shop notifies you (Standard) or when timing is confirmed through your tier (Full/Premium).

No. We do not deliver, return, or coordinate loaner vehicles. If your shop provides a loaner, you must handle the loaner exchange directly.

Zrebo services most personal vehicles, but there are a few exceptions. We do not handle motorcycles, RVs, commercial vans, heavy‑duty trucks, or any vehicle that requires specialized transport or equipment. We also do not service vehicles that cannot be safely driven, lack valid registration, or present a safety risk during pickup or return.

Yes, as long as the vehicle fits within standard passenger‑vehicle dimensions and is scheduled with a shop.

Each tier determines how communication flows during your visit.
Standard: You approve all work directly with your shop and notify us when the vehicle is ready.
Full: You forward shop messages to us and we interpret timing, updates, and logistics.
Premium: You set pre‑authorized rules and we manage timing and logistics based on your preferences.

Yes. You can upgrade your concierge tier or add extras at any point during your visit. If you need an Extra Stop, a wash, fuel top‑off, or any other add‑on, just let us know and we’ll update your booking.
Tier upgrades take effect immediately, and any added services are billed before completion, so your visit stays seamless and uninterrupted.

Priority Return is an optional add‑on that lets you receive your vehicle sooner than the standard return window or at a specific time within operating hours.

Any pickup or return scheduled outside 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. After‑Hours Pickup/Return is a $25 add‑on.

Annual Memberships are year‑long plans that give your household ongoing benefits every time you use Zrebo. You pay once per year and unlock perks like visit discounts, priority scheduling, free return‑only concierge, and (for the 4‑vehicle plan) one free Premium Concierge per year.
Bundles = one‑time savings. Memberships = ongoing perks all year.

Your Zrebo service fee and any selected add-ons are collected before your vehicle is picked up. This allows us to confirm your booking and provide your pickup window.
Any additional costs that cannot be determined in advance, such as approved fuel or third-party service charges, will be added to your final invoice with receipt documentation.
You pay your dealership or repair shop directly for all service work. Zrebo does not handle repair payments, advisor billing, or shop invoices.
Your vehicle must be fully paid for before we return to collect it. We may request confirmation of payment from you before pickup.
Membership discounts apply automatically at checkout. Annual members receive their per-visit discount and free Return-Only service.
Zrebo provides vehicle transportation only. Customers are responsible for scheduling and communicating with their dealership or repair shop. Zrebo does not coordinate repairs, authorize service, manage advisor communications, or provide loaner delivery or return.

Credit Card Processing Fee
A 3% processing fee is added to credit card payments to offset credit card processing costs. This fee does not exceed our actual processing costs. -
Yes. Zrebo carries commercial Hired and Non‑Owned Auto Liability insurance. This coverage protects against liability to other people or property while your vehicle is being transported.
Your personal auto insurance is primary for any damage to your vehicle. Zrebo’s commercial policy is excess and applies only after your insurer’s limits, when applicable.

Your personal auto insurance handles any claims for damage to your vehicle. Zrebo is not responsible for pre‑existing damage, mechanical failures, road hazards, weather, or third‑party actions. Zrebo may document your vehicle’s condition before and after transport.

No. Zrebo is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle. Please remove valuables, fragile items, hazardous materials, and prohibited items before pickup.
